Product description
Veterinarians and pet parents have been using ZYMOX and Oratene products to successfully manage pet’s ear infections, irritated skin and promote good oral health for more than 20 years. ZYMOX products help manage the symptoms of bacterial, fungal and yeast infections without using harsh chemical ingredients or antibiotics.
The ZYMOX family of pet products includes:
Pet ear care solutions and cleansers
Shampoos for itchy skin
Leave-in coat conditioners for itchy skin
Brushless oral care products
Hot spot sprays and creams
Together, these are soothing solutions to relieve your pet's oral, ear and skin issues.
ZYMOX Oratene Water Additive is a simple and quick answer to cat and dog oral care . With no need for brushing , this cat and dog breath freshener can be simply added to your pet's drinking water each day to help keep their mouth healthy and their breath fresh .
It's especially useful for pets who suffer a dry mouth , indicated by symptoms such as a dry, cracked tongue, inflamed gums, bad breath, plaque build-up and food aversions.
Our cat and dog teeth cleaning solution contains no xylitol, alcohol, chlorhexidine or detergent - only gentle, non-irritating ingredients including our two patented antimicrobial enzyme systems that help to combat odor-causing bacteria and plaque build-up .
Simply add two pumps of our brushless oral care water additive to 1 qt. (4 cups) of fresh drinking water and mix. Completely flavorless , your pet will be protecting their oral health with every lap of water.
A convenient and simple solution to cat and dog teeth cleaning, Oratene cat and dog teeth cleaning water additive is recommended for all pets in need of gentle, non-drying everyday oral care , especially if they have an aversion to normal teeth brushing .
Oratene Water Additive is suitable for cats and dogs of all ages . One 4 oz bottle will yield 15 gallons.
Oratene brushless oral care products contain two enzyme systems that are antibiotic-free , yet effective on a broad range of harmful bacteria that can cause oral health problems .
Enzymes are naturally occurring proteins and our enzyme systems are based on 40 years of advanced enzyme technology .
Our LP3 Enzyme System is a natural anti-inflammatory, antibacterial alternative to antibiotics that helps reduce the odor-causing bacteria responsible for bad breath .
The MD2 Enzyme System makes plaque unable to bind to the surface of the teeth . This keeps your pet’s mouth cleaner and healthier.
Oratene Water Additive cat and dog breath freshener contains no xylitol, a sweetener that is 100 times more toxic to dogs than chocolate .
We've added no alcohol to our cat and dog teeth cleaning water additive, so your pet will experience no sharp, burning sensation when drinking their water.
Chlorhexidine is a bitter-tasting antiseptic that can target even the good bacteria in the mouth and stain the teeth. So it's not added to Oratene oral care products !
We've added zero detergents to our oral care products.
Detergents such as Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLS) allow oral care products to foam, but they can also cause irritation and dryness in the mouth .
